About the Project
Makaveli is a premium perfume brand. After migrating the store to a new website, we were working within a very short timeframe to test, optimize, and scale performance. Within just 4 days, we launched an aggressive growth strategy focused on increasing traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing average order value (AOV).
Objectives

Challenges
Although the brand was generating steady sales, scaling further was a challenge. The average order value was relatively low, which limited overall profitability. The main objective was to restructure the sales funnel to increase AOV while simultaneously pushing higher sales volume without hurting conversion rates.

Results
In just 4 days, the strategy delivered exceptional growth. Total sales exceeded 126,000 EGP, generating 140 new orders with a conversion rate above 2.3%. Website sessions increased by more than 800%, reflecting a massive surge in traffic.
The bundle strategy played a key role in significantly increasing average order value and driving strong short-term profitability. Most importantly, the campaign not only stabilized performance after the website migration but also laid a strong foundation for future scalable growth.
