About the Project
This project focused on scaling a premium perfume brand, Makaveli, through a dedicated e-commerce website. Following a full website migration, the brand needed to quickly stabilize performance and unlock growth. With a limited testing window, we executed a focused performance strategy designed to drive traffic, improve conversions, and increase average order value.
